Our Approach

We have long understood the importance of both sides to the recruiting equation.  Having a great job on offer is only half the challenge, getting the fit right with a suitably skilled and motivated candidate with similar values to the organisation is the other component of equal importance. 

A study conducted by the Harvard Business School calculated the cost to an organisation for a poor hire could be as much as three times that employee's annual compensation package, which can run into hundreds of thousands of dollars.  The impact to a candidate for accepting an unsuitable role can lead to their career stalling, loss of income, lost time and missed career opportunities.

Our approach is to work with everyone’s best interests at heart.  We work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the match is a win-win for everyone.  This also applies for contracting assignments, where we have adapted our permanent recruitment methodologies to recruiting for contractors.  The better the match at the beginning, the better the outcome over time for all involved.
