From years of experience, we have designed an in-house quality recruitment methodology that allows for a consistent and repeatable approach to achieving the desired outcome.  This begins with a detailed discussion with the hiring stakeholders to clearly determine the success factors of this role and personal qualities sought.  From appropriate resourcing strategies we begin the selection process and conduct behavioural/competency interviews of likely candidates before producing a detailed report on each candidate or shortlisted candidates.

Reference and background checks are conducted, as the past is often the key to the present and likely future abilities.  We manage both clients and candidates expectations and ensure an open dialogue regarding the process.  We remain involved by way of providing post placement candidate care.

Additional measures such as various psychometric testing options and police checks can be arranged.
